We are proud to share that our FM320 Deck Chair has been awarded Green Design of the Year at Design Awards 2026!
A recognition that means a great deal to us and celebrates the idea that great design should stand the test of time – both aesthetically and environmentally.
Originally designed in 1987, the Øer Chair is a beautiful example of how timeless design can be reintroduced with a renewed perspective on responsible production. Crafted from locally sourced Douglas fir near Aarhus, every chair reflects a thoughtful approach to materials, craftsmanship and resource use.
By embracing local production, traceability and limited quantities, we aim to create furniture with a lasting purpose – where every detail is considered, and every material has a story.
We are honoured that the Øer Chair has received this award and grateful to everyone who has been part of bringing this design back to life.
