Prices
All prices at Anno Studio ApS are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Reservations are made for sold-out items.
Payment
Anno Studio ApS accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, and MobilePay. Payment will be withdrawn from your account within 2 business days after the order is received. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. Reservations are made for pricing errors, sold-out items, and discontinued products.
Delivery
Anno Studio ApS aims to dispatch orders 4–6 weeks after the order is placed.
We deliver throughout Denmark. Furniture is delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout. Furniture is shipped via GLS. Shipping costs start from DKK 150.
We do not deliver outside Denmark.
Certain pieces of furniture may be subject to special delivery terms. These conditions will be stated clearly prior to purchase.
Prepayment
To minimise overproduction, we operate as a made-to-order company. This means that production begins only after the order is placed, and the delivery time thereafter is 4–6 weeks. Payment is charged 2 business days after the order is placed.
Right to Complain (Warranty)
A 2-year warranty is provided under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the product repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.
You must submit a complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).
Refunds
If a refund is granted, please include your bank details (registration and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details may be safely provided by email or other electronic means, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used to process your refund.
Right of Withdrawal
A 14-day full right of withdrawal applies to items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day:
– You receive the furniture.
– You gain physical possession of the last item, in the case of an order including multiple products shipped separately or in instalments.
– You gain physical possession of the last batch or piece, in the case of goods delivered in several parts.
– You receive the first item, in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
You must cover the return shipping costs.
You must notify us of your withdrawal no later than 14 days after the purchase, and no later than 14 days after this notification, you must return the shipment. Notification must be sent by email to info@annostudio.dk. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing delivery without also giving clear notice.
Goods Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The following types of goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
– Furniture manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
– Goods which, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other products upon delivery.
Returning Goods
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged. A copy of the order confirmation must be included. Processing will be faster if you also enclose our return form.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).
Condition of the Returned Item
You are liable for any reduction in value of the product caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics, and functioning. In other words, you may test the product as you would in a physical store.
If the item is used beyond what is described above, it is considered used. In such cases, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the product’s commercial value at the time of return. To receive a full refund, you must not use the item beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Refund of Payment
If you withdraw your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us).
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to withdraw. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned.
