We design and produce furniture using FSC-certified wood, custom-developed textiles, and powder-coated steel components. All materials are selected for durability, tactile quality, and aesthetic refinement.

Can I order a product in a different color or finish?
Yes. Several of our products can be customized in terms of color, textiles, and surface finishes. Contact us to learn more about available options for your chosen piece.

Are your products handmade?
Yes, most of our pieces are crafted by hand in small European workshops where quality and precision are prioritized.

What is your delivery time?
Our standard lead time is 4–8 weeks depending on the product and any customizations. In-stock items typically ship within 2–4 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most EU countries as well as Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
If production has not yet started, changes are usually possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to update your order.

Do you offer material banks, 3D files, and renderings?
Yes. Each product has a dedicated download package containing lifestyle images, product renders, and 3D files in multiple formats. These can be found on the individual product pages under “Download”.

Does Anno Studio create custom solutions for projects?

Can I request physical material samples?
Yes, we offer selected textile and color samples. You can order them via our contact form.

In-stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned, as they are custom-produced for each customer.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with EU consumer regulations.
